The staff was dismissive and the perfect breakfast was provided. I loved the beautiful location, within 26 minutes ride to Auckland airport. Rooms were bright and functional with perfect beds. Small garden and amazing pool.

The hotel was in a cozy location, I appreciated attractive room and fast staff. Outstanding breakfast, they offered toast, eggs, sausages, hot waffles and pastries. Late check-out was useful. Silent place to stay in Auckland.

i had an excellent experience. breakfast was awesome, plenty of food, great balcony. large bathroom, lovely bed, twin bedroom. good pool and public beach.
Facilities were amazing, nonetheless Wi-Fi was weak.

Easy access to Nancy Steen Garden and other tourist spots. We would be happy to recommend this hotel, no reason to complain - we felt very special. Room met needs well. We greatly enjoyed Auckland Rose Park.
